Proof of Concept (ECIF)
The Microsoft Teams Room solution will be delivered complete with all the relevant hardware (excluding an in room display) to let your customer experience an all-encompassing video and audio-conferencing experience empowering all meeting participants, wherever they are.
The solution will be installed and configured by a Collaboration Specialist, who will then deliver integration training to the IT team as well as adoption and usage training to key stakeholders.
On conclusion, a full report detailing the achievements against objectives and recommended actions and next steps will be notified to the Microsoft Sales representatives
Microsoft Surface Hub

The Microsoft Surface Hub 2S will be delivered complete with a Steelcase stand and relevant accessories to enable the customer to move beyond meetings, to true teaming. Teams come in all shapes and sizes, they can be local or spread across the globe. This is the perfect collaboration device for any space. It is designed to get people out of their seats, to connect and ideate, regardless of location.
The solution will be installed and configured by a Collaboration Specialist, who will then deliver integration training to the IT team as well as adoption and usage training to key stakeholders.
